Problem: 

Our client, a leading manufacturer industry specializing in highly integrated textile materials, recently engaged in a discovery call with us. Following the call, we visited their plant to gain a deeper understanding of their operations, specifically focusing on the processes involving the MVD73 laser embroidery machine.

During our analysis, we observed that our client was encountering a frequent changeover process every week to accommodate different product line items. Unfortunately, this changeover process was quite time-consuming, resulting in a significant loss of 2 hours of production time each week.
