Problem: As the operators lack proper knowledge about the vehicles, our multinational mining client faced a higher frequency of equipment breakdowns, significantly impacting productivity. The lack of proficiency in operating complex machinery by the operators led to a decline in tonnage handling capacity and subsequent loss of operational efficiency. Even with skilled technicians and established training programs, the (MTTR) for equipment breakdowns experienced a notable increase, further hindering the overall productivity of the operations.
