Improving operators’ knowledge of various container engagements to reduce safety incidents for one of the largest Indian ICD operators.

Problem:

During our initial engagement with the client, who is a prominent logistics company, we delved into the challenges they were facing concerning the behavior of their RST drivers.

After a thorough inspection, our observations revealed two key areas of concern: RST spreader alignment and Hydra swing action. These issues were proving to be detrimental, leading to multiple safety incidents and jeopardizing the well-being of both the workforce and the operational environment. Additionally, it was evident that there was a lack of proper knowledge and experience among the operators regarding various container engagements and related operations.
