The Implementation Engineer is a critical role responsible for the successful deployment and integration of our simulator solutions at client sites. This individual will ensure that the simulator functions optimally before final deployment and will also be responsible for training the trainers to ensure they are well-equipped to use the simulator effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Deployment: Travel to client sites to deploy and set up the simulator, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with existing systems and meets client specifications.
Simulator Testing: Before final deployment, rigorously test the simulator to identify and rectify any issues or malfunctions, ensuring it operates at peak performance.
Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for trainers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the simulator’s functionalities and can effectively train others.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to clients post-deployment, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from trainers and end-users to inform future simulator updates and improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to communicate any software or hardware improvements based on on-site experiences and feedback.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation on simulator setup, troubleshooting, and best practices to aid both trainers and end-users.
