Improving productivity and reducing training time for Winder operators at a large Uranium Mining site.

Problem: 

During our visit, we observed that our client who is reputed in Uranium mining had been facing challenges in their operations. The lengthy skilling periods, spanning up to six months, did not yield the desired improvements. Operators encountered difficulties in effectively handling winder, resulting in decreased productivity.
