Optimizing the overhauling process of a Rock-breaker for a Swedish Construction equipment manufacturer

Problem: 

Our client was one of the leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction equipment and industrial engines. During our visit, we had the opportunity to present our solutions, focusing specifically on the complex task of overhauling a Rockbreaker, which often proves challenging for maintenance operators.

To our delight, our presentation impressed our client and we were awarded a pilot project for a step-by-step overhaul of the Rockbreaker. This project is aimed at improving the overall understanding of the Rockbreaker’s components, as well as the assembly and disassembly processes involved.
